Metallica’s …And Justice For All album vinyl reissue has been released today. The reissue of Metallica’s And Justice For All album is a part of the on-going series that will eventually see the entire Metallica catalog available again. Metallica’s fourth album, …And Justice for All, was originally released on August 25th, 1988 through Elektra Records. It was the Metallica’s first studio album to feature Jason Newsted, who replaced former bassist Cliff Burton.
Metallica’s …And Justice For All is now available in North America as a two disc package for the 33.3 version. This edition contains two regular weight 33-1/3 RPM vinyl discs in single pocket Stoughton jacket with insert. Get your two vinyl disc package here.
The deluxe vinyl package features four 45 RPM 180g vinyl discs pressed at RTI in Stoughton gatefold jacket with universal ‘Louder Faster Heavier’ bellyband. The pressing was half-speed mastered from the original analog tapes. Get your 4 vinyl disc package here.
The re-release of And Justice For All vinyl will be released in the rest of the world on December 1st.
Metallica’s Black Album is up next. Warner Brothers will re-release the self-titled Metallica album in two vinyl LP configurations. The first is a 2LP set, retailing for $21.98. The second is a 4LP Deluxe Edition that will retail for $54.98. These are scheduled for November 28th 2008.
