One of the Internet’s most visited online radio destinations AOL Radio recently compiled a list of the top 10 Metallica Songs as rated by AOL listeners.
AOL Radio looked at years of listener feedback as each time the listener hears a Metallica song on AOL Radio, he / she can express how much he / she likes or dislikes the song via the five-star rating system.
Using this feedback, AOL Radio collected the following 10 best Metallica songs:

My vote for # 1 has to be Whiplash. It just sums the bands mantra so well.
I’m disgusted that Orion didn’t make that list and Enter Sandman did…
Actually 8 & 9 could go. I am really down on the Black album right now.

wat bout sad but true, the thing that should not be, the unforgiven 1 2 and 3, damage inc., fuel, orion, disposable heroes, trapped under ice, st.anger, frantic, the unnamed feeling, fight fire with fire, ride the lightning, the god that failed, my apocalypse, hit the lights, cyanide, all nightmare long,and broken,beat & scarred
take out wherever i may roam and replace it with the four horseman.
Also its pretty ridiculous that the unforgiven isnt on the list.
wth..wad abt ride the lightning.. its still my no 1 song followed by m.o.p.

hey bill this isnt about cliff this is just about the songs that people have been rating on aol. yeah i agree that whoever made this list is an idiot(seriously where’s ride the lightning and where’s sad but true) however its just a small portion of the fans.
